   NAGLFAR STUDIO REPORT
Naglfar are currently recording their new album, tentatively titled "Pariah" in the Ballerina studio close to their hometown Umeå/Sweden.
Some of the first song titles are "A Swarm Of Plagues", "Revelations Carved In Flesh", "And The World Shall Be Your Grave", "Suffering To The Conquered", "Carnal Scorn & Spiritual Malice" and "The Perpetual Horrors".
The guys will keep us informed about the latest happenings in the studio in the upcoming weeks and provide a couple of pics too!

Here's Andreas' (g) first report:
(posted Jan 15th 2005)

Just thought I'd check in and give you some minor updates regarding the recording session. Things are going just fine despite some minor technical problems in the beginning. The studio is situated out in the middle of nowhere which is great, since there's no disturbance from the outside world. Me and Kris are working on some of the lyrics, while Marcus and Mattias are taking care of laying down the drum patterns for the tracks. So far we've recorded the drums for five of the songs, and if nothing fucks up we plan to have the rest of the songs finished by next week. Then it's time to get on with some guitars and bass.

When we're not working with the new material we tend to hang around and listen to music, drink cheap wine, read, and make attempts of driving each other insane. Oh joyful world.

Other than that there's really not much to tell at the moment. I'll post something here later to let you know how things are proceeding. In the meantime check out some of the pics from the studio.

Next to give an update on things is Marcus (g):

Just a quick note to inform you that all drums and bass has been recorded. We started working on the guitars as well just to realize that our gear needed some serious surgery. Due to this we've been forced to take a small break from the recording session, and will continue on the 16th of February. The time has not been wasted though as we've been trying out vocal arrangements on the pre-production which turned out excellent. So be prepared to get crushed when the album comes out! Until then check out some new pictures from the recording session:
