NAGLFAR STUDIO REPORT
|
Naglfar are currently recording their new album, tentatively titled "Pariah" in the Ballerina studio close to their hometown Umeå/Sweden.
Some of the first song titles are "A Swarm Of Plagues", "Revelations Carved In Flesh", "And The World Shall Be Your Grave", "Suffering To The Conquered", "Carnal Scorn & Spiritual Malice" and "The Perpetual Horrors". The guys will keep us informed about the latest happenings in the studio in the upcoming weeks and provide a couple of pics too! (crossposted at http://www.naglfar.net)
Here's Andreas' (g) first report:
(posted Jan 15th 2005)
Just thought I'd check in and give you some minor updates regarding the recording session. Things are going just fine despite some minor technical problems in the beginning. The studio is situated out in the middle of nowhere which is great, since there's no disturbance from the outside world. Me and Kris are working on some of the lyrics, while Marcus and Mattias are taking care of laying down the drum patterns for the tracks. So far we've recorded the drums for five of the songs, and if nothing fucks up we plan to have the rest of the songs finished by next week. Then it's time to get on with some guitars and bass.
